Birth of Civilisation

This is a bone comb, believed to be from the stone ages.
This bone comb was found on the Island of Gotland, Sweden during the Birth of Civilisation. I like this photograph because it proves that even people from around the year 3000 BC had the decency to comb their hair. You can tell just by looking that this is made of a hard rock or bone like substance. Notice how the left side of the comb looks like a horse's head and how the right side of the comb looks like a person's head. Notice how the "brisles" look like a real comb and also notice that there appears to be a crack on the comb. It's color and value of shade shows that this isn't a painting but a real discovered piece of and/ or history. Chalky of rocky or boney white with the the light on it you can identify that this is a picture of the real deal.
